ESR Associates has opened a sales office in Columbus Ohio. Mr. Jay Ryan of Columbus will be responsible for sales and marketing in Columbus and for accounts in the Southwest. Mr. Ryan brings over 25 years of IT marketing and sales experience to ESR Associates.

ESR Associates has added another senior consultant to their staff. Mr. Tom Alfieri joins ESR Associates after 30 years in a fortune 500 firm. Tom brings experience in all IT competencies, and a broad knowledge of SAP and supporting systems.

ESR Associates was awarded a SAP implementation for a Manufacturing firm in Ohio. The project is underway and is scheduled for completion in 2010.
